Who's Watching?

Let's be real folks,
Out of the more than 6 BILLION people alive on the planet today, who is watching? Specifially, who is actually looking at this blog?? What is the purpose of daily / semi-daily or even weekly postings if no one is there to listen!? Two questions arise from this one thought. 1) How do we get the word out? 2) Is it our job to get the word out?

Well, I suppose it could be what my father used to say: "Gotta write 'em to get 'em" Of course he was referring to letters and the absence of them from my childhood, but it could be applied here. In this case, if you (or me) want anyone to actually be engaged in our blog (besides using it for class of course) is to begin using other peoples blogs. Begin commenting on other blogs. Begin tracking back. So - I now will try and promise myself that I will read other peoples blogs and comment to them, in hopes to increase traffice to my blog!
