I can't get away....UVM strikes again

So, I got a bill from UVM today, the second in as many weeks. It is for $800, holy moly! Apparently I agreed to have medical insurance for the whole year, with two payments (one at the beginning of each semester) I called UVM and said, listen - I don't have that money, I'm not a student and I don't want to the insurance. They said, too bad, so sad - give us your money or we will hold your account (which means you won't get your diploma, transcripts etc).
Damn you UVM, damn you....
