The Williams Art Hell

So a friend of mine sent me a link to a blog he is posting to. I went ahead and looked at it, only to have my mouth drop to the floor.
After so much disbelief, on my home - I made it a point to grab my digital camera (Powershot SD300) and headed out to Williams Hall to investigate. Below are the findings, 100% un-altered. I tried to take it from angles that would make it harder to doctor, thus more believable. Honestly though - you can't believe this until you see it yourself!

So does anyone have any idea the story behind this? I'm kind of hesitant to highly advertise this, as it might scare some UVM official into changing it....
