Spring Cleaning

Man, there is something to be said for my mothers constant nagging "clean your room." I have been living in my current apartment for a little less than one full year. Unfortantely, I haven't been cleaning my room very often, until now.
I am now charged with packing my room and cleaning it (all the while throwing out junk because I am a packrat) before May 24th, because I already paid for the UHaul. Not that I need a whole UHaul myself, but I will be moving my girlfriend as well....two apartments, including two kitchens, two living rooms, two bedrooms and a full basement full of months of party.
Not only that, but I have to be in court on Tuesday & work the rest of the week...guess that is the life of the college student!

It is amazing what a middle class American person can accumulate!! I am very interested in the recent trend of simplifing your life. I am trying to work on this concept for myself. Let me tell ya, if I had to move right now I would be in BIG trouble.

I have so much junk, I even collect old bottles! A large point of pride I have is my library (DVD & Books), which will most likely make up the bulk of my move! I am planning on simplifing by getting ride of the bottles, old paperwork, little trinkets etc!
